AMORPHA URBAN ARCHITECTURE SCHOOL 2026 is a summer school by Amorpha Youth Foundation in Varna, Bulgaria. The 2026 edition consists of a Training programme – 20 June – 19 July, weekends, and a Closing programme with guest lecturers and public opening of trainee final projects – 20 – 23 July 2026.
The School does not charge a participation fee. AUAS 2026 is co-funded by Varna Municipality – Culture Fund. Partners: Fundació Mies van der Rohe – Barcelona, Goethe-Institut Bulgaria and Union of Bulgarian Architects.
The organisers do not provide travel or accommodation grants. Successful applicants may request logistical support from the organisers to find suitable travel and accommodation options.
Minimum attendance of 80% in the programme and participation in the final team project is required for the successful completion of the School.

Applicants aged 16-29 years who are university students in architecture, urban, design, cultural heritage and environmental studies or related programmes, secondary school students preparing to apply for such university programmes as well as young professionals in the field wishing to gain new ideas, skills and experience in a diverse group.
• Residing in Varna. Announcement of results: 17 June.
• Travelling to Varna to participate in the School. Announcement of results: within two days of application.
